re: The comfort zone. It's a freaky idea, that the job we have has a certain 'comfort area', outside which we rarely venture. A safe haven, where we do things we understand, and are never trifled with new and challenging tasks and ventures. But things can and do happen to change this, not always for the better, but we have to actually 'live' this life at some point, the safety net is a wonderful invention, but the sense of falling, not knowing exactly what's goingto happen, or where your day is going, can be a positive and highly motiviating force.
